WOLF solutions can be accessed from a PC, kiosk and mobile phones. You only need a browser (IE or FF) to use/access WOLF.

WOLF applications can be accessed in two modes: an OnDemand version deployed on the WOLF Cloud and a licensed on-premise version that you can host on your private/preferred Cloud.If you opt for the OnDemand version, you cannot access your application and its data unless you are connected to the internet. However, if you are using the licensed on-premise version, you can access your SaaS application and its data when you are not connected to the internet.

WOLF currently supports IE 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 and Mozilla Firefox 3.0 onwards. Other browser support will be introduced in the next versions.

WOLF platform is developed as a complete Distributed Service Oriented Architecture. The platform offers two powerful web based interfaces, WOLF Designer & WOLF RunTime Solution. Completely written in AJAX, the WOLF designer & WOLF RunTime Solutions are browser based interfaces for designing your solution & your users to use & access the business application online. The entire backbone of WOLF Platform uses XML and offers a patent-pending XML language 'WBRX' which brings high readability to your application definition/design (IP) & the ability to extract Entity Relationships & Business Rules Definition in XML.

WOLF uses MySQL database for the On Demand version. For the licensed on-premise version, we support Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL database. Database is only storage and WOLF plans to add support for other databases soon.

In addition to being accessed over a 128-bit secured SSL connection, WOLF also provides a very robust Security Management module for every SaaS application which allows you to create-manage Roles/Users/Folders for the system & provides you with complete control over different views, changes or data additions. We've enabled 'Physical', 'Application' & 'Access' controlled security for all data which belongs to different SaaS applications via our SAS certified datacenter. WOLF also provides unmetered data backup facility for you to download your application data.

Yes, all WOLF based SaaS applications are accessed over a 128-bit secured SSL connection. All data transaction between your application and the server will be encrypted by default. SSL is the same technology used by banks and ecommerce sites when making online payments/transactions.

WOLF has automated complex backup schedules which keeps a repository of applications and their data and also provides unmetered data backup facility for you to download your application data in RDBMS format. You can obtain a backup of your application design (in a portable XML format) too.

WOLF does not lock you in the environment. If you wish to discontinue, the IP of the business design rests with you and you can extract the design in a highly readable & portable XML format. Similarly, you can take a complete data backup in a RDBMS format.

To use WOLF as an Application Designer is quite easy. The entire environment works over a browser and does not require you to install or manage any software locally. The Designer uses a point and click based UI and there is no scripting language to learn or write business rules. WOLF also offers quick exercises and hands on training sessions to bring you up to speed. As an end user of a WOLF based SaaS applications, you enjoy the privilege of working with an intelligent and simple Excel like user interface which can be used at the click of a mouse or via the keyboard.
