WOLF applications can be accessed in two modes: an OnDemand version running on the WOLF elastic Cloud and a licensed On Premise version that you can host on your private server. If you opt for the OnDemand version, you will need an internet connection to access your application/data. However, if you are using the licensed On Premise version, you can access your SaaS database application without an internet connection.

WOLF currently supports IE 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 and Mozilla Firefox 3.0 onwards. WOLF based solutions work on Chrome and Safari too. Support for other browsers will be added in the next versions.

WOLF uses the MySQL database for the On Demand version. For the licensed on-premise version, we support Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL database. Database is only storage and we plan to add support for other databases soon.

WOLF based SaaS applications are accessed over a 128-bit secured SSL connection. All data transactions between your application and the server will be encrypted by default. SSL is the same technology used by banks and ecommerce sites when making online payments/transactions.

WOLF has automated backup schedules and we maintain a repository of all applications and their data in an encrypted format. WOLF also provides unmetered data backup facility for you to download your application data in RDBMS format. You can obtain a backup of your application design in a portable XML format too.

Once you exceed your current pricing plan's user or data limit you will receive a notification email from us. Login to your WOLF account, click on Account, Upgrades and Billing link and upgrade to your preferred business plan.

If you upgrade you'll be billed as per your new plan only at the starti of your next billing cycle. Until then you can enjoy the new plan FREE. If you cancel your account, you won't be charged again.
