Notes:
- Wolf supports Microsoft SQL Server & MySQL Database and provides MySQL database in the hosted service option.
- All custom URL's for accessing applications is done via masking techniques.
- Web, phone and chat based support will be provided for handling Wolf solution designing, business application designing and technical issues and general technical matters. Support is currently limited to CET 8am to 4pm.
- Please make sure you have accepted a copy of Wolf Frameworks License Agreement to access and use the Technology online.
- If your business model cannot afford our prices or you want us to create a price model which fits your business model, please write to sales@wolfframeworks.com
- You will be billed based upon your selected Business plan in quarterly basis. To change from your current rate plan, you will need to send an email to billing@wolfframeworks.com. This functionality will be automated soon.
- To de-activate and reactive a Wolf Account, please send an email to billing@wolfframeworks.com along with the WOLF Account ID#
- All services are billed on a quarterly basis. All prices are subject to change with 3 months advance information.
